Terms of Service

All my products currently available are in stock. Orders are typically packaged and shipped out within one week of confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number for your shipment through e-mail.

If your order contains a made-to-order item, your package may be delayed.

 

Refund Policies

You may request a refund for your order 24 hours after confirmation. After that time period, I will no longer accept refunds. Please be confident with your purchase when placing your order.

Please note there may be some exceptions to this policy, as detailed below.

I will be fully responsible for replacing/refunding:

  • Orders that have not arrived due to negligence in organization (ex: the address on the postal label does not match the address provided by the buyer).
  • Missing items from your order.


I will NOT be responsible for replacing/refunding:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
  • Orders shipped to the wrong address if an address change was not requested.
  • Damaged items during shipment through the postal service (ex: package bent into a mailbox, left in the rain, mishandling by the carrier).
